Cancellation and returns for consumers

You may cancel your purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins when you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receives the rug. If goods from a single order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received.

The form below is optional. It is sufficient to send your cancellation notice before the period expires.

Refunds

We will refund payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We will use your original payment method unless we agree otherwise; no fee will be charged for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the rug back or you provide evidence that you have sent it back.

Sending the rug back

Send the rug to the address above no later than 14 days after giving your cancellation notice. Sending it before that deadline is sufficient. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. Pack the rug carefully. The original packaging is not a condition of exercising your cancellation right.

You are responsible for any reduction in value only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the rug's nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Individually made rugs

The statutory right of cancellation does not apply to non-prefabricated goods made on the basis of your individual selection or clearly tailored to your personal requirements. This includes custom rugs made on that basis. Your statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.
