The story of TISLIT

TISLIT was founded in 2012 by Belaid Zouhair, a textile engineer raised around the looms of Morocco's Atlas Mountains. From our base in Cologne, Germany, we bring that connection to craft into a considered collection of rugs for homes near and far.

How do I find the right size?

Measure your room and mark the rug's outline on the floor. Product pages list the original centimeter dimensions alongside approximate feet and inches. Check the original measurements for an exact fit, or send us a room photo for help.

What is included in U.S. shipping?

Standard shipping is included in our U.S. purchase prices. Any applicable import duties, import taxes, and customs-related carrier fees are additional and are paid by the recipient. Contact us for the current delivery estimate before ordering.

Where will my rug ship from?

Custom Moroccan rugs and most vintage Moroccan pieces ship directly from Morocco. Afghan rugs and most kilims ship from Germany. Runners and some other pieces vary; we can confirm the dispatch location for the rug you choose.
