Shipping to the United States
For orders accepted through our U.S. storefront, standard shipping is included in the rug's displayed purchase price. Applicable import duties, import taxes, and customs-related carrier fees are additional and are the recipient's responsibility. Shipping to Germany, the European Union, and selected European countries
The following shipping terms apply to orders placed through our European storefront. Rugs are carefully folded and protected in a box for shipping with DHL. Shipping charges for your delivery address are shown at checkout.

Free EU shipping has no minimum order value and applies to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
These European shipping charges also apply to custom rugs. You can order directly for the listed destinations without requesting a shipping quote first. For destinations outside our published shipping regions, contact us for an individual quote if checkout does not accept your address.
European delivery times
In-stock rugs are delivered within Germany in 5–8 business days and to Austria and the rest of the EU in 8–10 business days. The delivery period begins when the contract is concluded or, where advance payment is agreed, when payment is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Customs clearance may extend delivery to the listed non-EU European countries. The delivery time will be communicated as part of your order.
For European orders of custom rugs, individual production and delivery generally take 8–12 weeks. Any different delivery period expressly agreed appears on the product or in your order confirmation. For a U.S. custom order, contact us for the current production and transit estimate before ordering.
Import charges outside the European Union
The €39.00 European shipping rate covers shipping, not import charges. Any applicable duties, import taxes, and customs-clearance fees charged by the carrier are payable by the customer in the destination country. These amounts are not collected by TISLIT at checkout and may be payable locally or to the relevant service provider. For U.S. orders, the specific U.S. shipping terms apply.

Returns
If you cancel, you bear the direct cost of return shipping. Please pack your rug carefully. Full conditions and time limits appear in our cancellation and returns policy.
The statutory right of cancellation does not apply to non-prefabricated rugs made according to your individual selection or clearly tailored to your personal requirements. Your statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.
